Full Journal pdf2007-05-14 House Journal Page 1357 HB 209 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1351) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 209(JUD) "An Act relating to the chair of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska and amending the timeline requirements for a final order of the commission; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 209(FIN) "An Act amending the timeline requirements for a final order of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 10 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 209(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 209(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. 2007-05-14 House Journal Page 1358 The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 209(JUD)?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 209(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
